Feedback - Practice Makes Perfect

We’d love to accomplish perfection - maybe you can help us to get there. You can help by giving us your thoughts about the service you receive at our dental practices. In our reception areas, you will find a brief questionnaire where you can rate your experiences and leave comments – good or bad. You can complete the form safe in the knowledge that your views are anonymous – unless you particularly want to tell us who you are. Your views really can make a difference because we collate the information you provide, we discuss and evaluate the feedback and take action to introduce improvements wherever possible. Don’t just take our word for it: Many patients commented on the friendliness and helpfulness of our dentists and staff. Others were impressed with the way we readily offered advice about treatment and ongoing dental care for their entire family.

One parent wrote:

‘My children and I are new to your practice and I cannot stress how happy I am with the care we received in comparison with our previous surgery. My new dentist [name given] checked our health better than we have ever received before…..I have faith we are receiving the best possible dental treatment.’

Many other, similar commendations have been left in our comments box by satisfied patients. But where the comments are not so good, we carefully consider what we can do to introduce improvements. We monitor all patient questionnaires and put a summary of anonymous comments and achievement levels on our noticeboard for everyone to see.

We like to keep our patients informed. Our noticeboards contain up-to-date information about the Practice and staff as well as the services and treatment costs.

We have also produced a laminated patient newsletter which gives lots of helpful details and dental-themed news.
