Ideally we would like to resolve your concerns by speaking with you. If you want to discuss something you are unhappy with, please let us know as soon as possible.

If you would like to make a complaint, please have a word with a member of staff on reception where our staff will advise you about the best way to proceed.

Alternatively, you can write to Mr Harker at the practice. He will acknowledge your letter within three working days and advise you of the options for dealing with your complaint.
